
In 2009, she created her own recipe for pralines and named the sweets “Yalines” (pronounced Yah-leens).
In 2011, Ayana began to make a plain Pecan Praline Truffle. She had taken her Creamy Pecan Praline mixture and shaped it to form bite-size balls. It was a new twist on an old favorite.
In 2014, she took the plain Pecan Praline Truffles and began to decorate them using Ghirardelli White and Dark Chocolates, pecan pieces, almond slices, and coconut.
Not long after, she began to baked breads from scratch; adding to her growing love for cooking and baking. You can get a taste of her Baked French Toast, Stuffed Breads and other foods at brunch events. (See Events page for upcoming dates.)
